🌻From November 6 to 9, the Warsaw Baptist Seminary hosted a course on “Cross-Cultural Leadership” for students and recruits of the NGO “Bible Translators of Ukraine”.
🌻Some of the recruits live in different parts of Europe, but they were able to come to Warsaw to gain new knowledge and receive useful training for their ministry.
🌻The course was taught by Stanislav Cherniaiev, who is a member of the Board of the PBU NGO.
🌻The students had a practice in the city itself, where they analyzed the cultures of different nationalities in eight points in order to see the differences, be able to cooperate and create intercultural teams in the future in the countries where they will be missionaries.
🌻The course motivated students to find understanding, not to condemn people who think and act differently, and to understand the value of each person.
🌻It is important for ministers to see and realize differences in order to find common ground with the people they want to share the Good News with.
